NeuroInfiniti

Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 16, 2026

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how Infiniti Partners, LLC(“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a Florida limited liability company doing business as NeuroInfiniti, collects, uses, and discloses information through the website located at neuroinfiniti.com(the “Site”) and any associated subdomains, portals, applications, or online services (collectively, the “Services”).

This Policy works alongside our Terms of Service. By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following categories of information:

  • Account information. When you register for a client portal account, we collect your name, email address, telephone number, and the practice or organization you are associated with.
  • Event and program registrations. When you register for a conference, training, or other program, we collect the registration details you submit, which may include attendee names, email addresses, and telephone numbers.
  • Questionnaire responses. Where a practitioner invites an individual to complete a questionnaire, the responses are submitted through a single-use invitation link and are associated with that invitation rather than with a name entered on the Site.
  • Communications. Records of correspondence you send us, including support requests and messages sent through forms on the Site.
  • Technical and usage information. Standard server log information and aggregate, privacy-preserving usage measurements such as page views and referring links.

3. How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Provide, operate, maintain, and secure the Services
  • Create and administer accounts and authenticate users
  • Process registrations and deliver the programs, materials, and support you have requested
  • Respond to your inquiries and send service-related communications
  • Send text messages where you have provided your mobile number and consented to receive them, as described in Section 5
  • Understand how the Services are used so that we can improve them
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

  • Service providers. With vendors who perform services on our behalf — including hosting, authentication and database services, email delivery, video delivery, scheduling, and analytics — and who are permitted to use the information only to provide those services to us.
  • Your practice or organization. Where you access the Services as part of a practice, the administrators of that practice may view account and access information associated with their organization.
  • Legal requirements. Where we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of the Company, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, subject to the protections of this Policy.

5. SMS Communications

When you provide your mobile phone number and give consent, we may send you text messages related to our services.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For help, reply HELP.

The full terms of our SMS program, including program description, message frequency, cost, opt-out, and help instructions, are set out in our SMS Terms and Conditions.

6. Cookies and Referral Tracking

The Site uses a small number of first-party cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation, such as session and security tokens. When you arrive via a referral link (neuroinfiniti.com/r/…), we count that visit and subsequent clicks on registration or booking links against the referring partner’s code. These counts are anonymous: we do not record your IP address, device fingerprint, or any personal identifier. For visitors outside the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, a first-party cookie (“ni_ref”, retained for up to 90 days) remembers the referring code between visits. For visitors in those jurisdictions, no referral cookie is set and attribution lasts only for the single visit. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.

7. Clinical and Patient Information

The NeuroInfiniti assessment software used inside a practice runs on equipment controlled by that practice. The practice, not the Company, determines what patient information it collects and how it is handled, and the practice is responsible for its own obligations under applicable health privacy laws.

The Site is designed so that direct patient identifiers are not exposed in the web portal. Scan records available to a practice through the portal are presented by date, scan number, and physiological profile rather than by patient name or date of birth.

8. Data Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. These include encryption of traffic in transit, role-based access controls, and restricted administrative access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Services, to comply with our legal obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or de-identify it.

10. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details in Section 14. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in those messages, and you may stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable law; we will honor those rights as required.

11. Children’s Privacy

The Services are intended for use by practitioners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through the Site. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to websites and services we do not control. This Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Site or by email, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Your continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
